WHAT ARTS AND CRAFTS CAN
BRING TO YOU

First established in 2010, we are a relatively young but

expanding business designed and dedicated to bringing

into your business and enviroment the practical but

visually creative and aesthetic world of arts and

crafts...and its Vitality!

"Vitality" is defined as including many of the qualities to

which individuals or businesses would happily aspire. The

"capacity to grow and develop" and also those of energy

and vigour that illuminates, shines-and sparkles!

V is for the visual appeal of a display of arts and crafts

merchandise through the variety of colours, materials,

textures and designs. Through mutual agreement, we can

provide displays from the smallest of basket counter

displays and larger still standing floor displays to suite the

size of the retail area of your shop or store.

I is for interest and incentive. We genuinely believe that a

display of this nature may attract some significant

additional interest in and draw additional visitors and

potential customers to your premises, such as children and

their parents, who might not otherwise normally bring

their custom to you. As an incentive to allow us to display

in this way, we would pay an agreed commission to you on

each and every sale of our merchandise that we achieve on

your premises. If the joint venture were to prove extremely

successful for us, a more formal agreement for a fixed,

longer period of display could be concluded with the

possibility of payment to you of an agreed regular rent-

irrespective of the volume of our sales.

T is for trade and turnover. If you are a retailer who stocks and sells

items such as beads, buttons, broken jewellery, sequins, hair

accessories, clothing, fabrics and general household goods such as

kitchen ware and utensils then we would be looking possibly to

purchase from you items of this nature which you would categorize

as customer returns, imperfect goods, discontinued lines or old

stock. Your kind support in this way would be reciprocated by our

continual review of any such available lines and also a promotional

product for your benefit in the form of a FREE Gold Business listing

in our newly created web-site. The details appear in the next section

of this promotion

A is for advertising and a new source of publicity which

we can offer to you in our newly created website Funky

Monkey Crafts. At this stage of our business

development our on-line Directory already offers a free Business

Listing which has already received a good initial response. Such a

listing comprises the name and a very brief description of the

business concerned. In addition, we are offering an upgrading of

Business Listings in our Directory to a Bronze, Silver or Gold Listing

for an anual charge of £25, £50 and £100 respectively.

L is for the additional link we can forge for you with a new

generation of potential customers who are interested in the world of

arts and crafts and what it has to offer.

I is for information and investment. Our aim is not devoted purely

to sales but to provide important information on the role that arts

and crafts plays in the early learning process of children. Key stages

1 and 2 of the current National Curriculum relating to primary

education states that "pupils develop their creativity and

imagination by exploring the visual, tactile and processes. They

learn about the role of art, craft and design in their environment.

They begin to understand colour, shape, space, pattern and texture

and use them to represent their ideas and feelings.

We want to invest in being an integral part of the role and are

involved in the ongoing development of forging and maintaining links

with schools through the provision of art and craft materials for

teachers and the organisation, management and presentation of

school craft days.

Our booklet covering this area, entitled "Arts and Crafts For Early

Learning and Fun" is an informative, easy to read guide which would

be made available as part of our retail displays and is available on

our website.

T is for time. Time waits for no-one it is quite rightly stated. The

time is here and now and there is no time like the present to join

with us in achieving our aim and deriving the mutual benefit that can

flow from it.

Y is simply for you. We want to invest our time, energy and

enthusiasm and the vitality of our aims and products in you. In

understanding and recognizing the mutual benefit that can be

derived from it. We hope you will be encouraged to invest in the

development and maintenance of a lasting business relationship

with us. You can contact us by e-mail, telephone or

correspondence for an informal discussion or to arrange a meeting

with our representatives.
