Injection Bonded SmCo
Injection Bonded SmCo magnet is made by mixing the SmCo magnwetic powder with polymer plastics (such as: PA, PPS, ect.), then applying the magnetic field orientation druing the molding process and inject various magnet shapes.
With the following characteristics:
1.One time forming the complex shape.
2.Forming the shape with the shaft or bushings one time to reduce assembly processes and improve assembly accuracy.
3.With strong corrosion resistance, generally no surface treatment.
4.The high temperature stability.
